Buyers, let the last two days deliver a message. The Real Estate inventory in Key West and the Lower Keys is dwindling. This is the second day in a row that there have been no new listings on the MLS. Inventory is down. Supply and demand will push Florida Keys Real Estate prices up. Interest rates are also going up. The longer you wait the more you will pay. Key West and the Florida Keys are not like other parts of Florida where they can just build more. There is no more island to build on.
