Buyers beware, Florida Keys Real Estate inventory is low. Buy that home now before someone buys it out from under you. Today is the second day in a row that there are no new listings on the MLS in Key West and the Lower Keys. It is very rare to have no Florida Keys homes for sale added to the MLS for a full day and we've had just that two days in a row. Interest rates are also going up. Buy that home in the Florida Keys today or pay more money later. Why spend more than you have to? We may not have had any new listings today but there are plenty of other great Florida Keys homes for sale.
