Today is a day buyers should take notice of. There were no new listings in Key West or the Lower Keys to came on the market in the last 24 hours. We had the same thing this past Saturday. When new listings stop coming on the MLS inventory will shrink and home prices will go up. The longer you wait to buy a home in the Florida Keys the more you will pay.
