Buyers, the longer you wait the more money you'll pay. Don't let the high interest rates scare you. Buy now and refinance when the rates come down. Sellers, with inventory shrinking, now is a great time for you to call me to list your house. The common rule of supply and demand will get you more money for your home than you would get if the market was flooded with homes similar to you.
