Key West and Lower Florida Keys Real Estate Market Activity, 12/10/2023

Sunday may be a day of rest for some but not got the Florida Keys Real Estate Market. It is a 24/7 market. I have entertained client calls on Sundays, nights, weekends and even once on Christmas Day. We had a fairly slow day in new listings today. There was only one (1) Lower Keys home added to the MLS today and no newly listed Key West homes for sale. The one new listing we have is a good one. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom canal home with a pool, dock and boat lift located on Cudjoe Key. keep reading for more details below.
