Today is a day both buyers and sellers both should take note of. There have been no new listings on the MLS in Key West or the Lower Keys. buyers, if inventory shrinks prices will go up. Sellers if inventory shrinks you will get more money for your house or sell faster. And, don't forget, I'm also running an offer right now that anyone who buys or sells any house anywhere in the Florida Keys, I will credit you $1,000 of my commission to go towards your closing costs. This offer is good for all of calendar year 2023. You don't even have to close in 2023. If you're buying the offer just has to be signed by all parties in 2023. If you are selling, the listing agreement just has to be signed in 2023. I'm considering extending this offer out to June 30, 2024.
