Today is an important day in the Florida Keys Real Estate Market. It is a day both buyers and sellers want to take notice of. We had no new listings come on the MLS between Big Pine Key and Key West in the past 24 hours. We have had several other days with no new listings over the past 30 days and several days with one or two new listings on the MLS. Buyers, take this as a sign. If Market Inventory shrinks the same or a like type house will cost more. That is just the common rule of supply and demand.
