Today is a Florida Keys Real Estate day that should make both buyers and sellers want to take notice. There were no new listings to come on the market in Key West or the Lower Keys today. Buyers, property is starting to sell. I have 3 homes under contract right now and just closed on one last week. If inventory gets bought and new inventory doesn't replace it, the common rule of supply and demand will bring prices up. The longer you wait the more you will pay for the same or a like type house next month. Sellers, the biuers are buying. Now is the time to call me to list your home. If there are fewer homes for sale than buyers wanting to buy, that same rule of supply and demand will allow us to ask for more money for your Florida Keys home.
