Sunday is a day of rest for many but not for the Florida Keys Real Estate Market. We are a 24/7/365 (366 this year) Market. I have been a Florida Keys Realtor for over 25 years and I can honestly say that I have never seen a down market for more than a few months. We had a small dip in 2008 but that was just Market Adjustment for 2006 and 2007 where we would take a house that appraised for $800,00, list it for $925,000 and end up selling it at $975,000 in a bidding war.
