Today is a day both Buyers and Sellers want to take notice of. There were no new listings added to the MLS in Key West or the Lower Keys in the past 24 hours. If inventory shrinks, prices will go up. Buyers, stop dragging your feet. If you let the Florida Keys MLS inventory shrink, you will pay more money for the same or like type home in the future. Don't miss the boat.
Sellers, if you have been on the fence about selling, now is a great time. If the inventory is low, you can ask more for your house. Common supply and demand says that if there are 5 o6 6 like type homes for sale on your block you'll have to lower your price or negotiate off of your list price to sell. If you have the only home for sale in the neighborhood you cam ask for more and stick to your price.
We may not have had any new listings come on the market today but that's OK. There are hundreds of great homes for sale and I am sure I can find the right one for you. I will leave no rock unturned until I locate your "Florida Keys Dream Home.
